The international airport of the capital of Yemen, Sana'a, announced the initial damages caused by the Israeli airstrikes on Tuesday. The airport director Khalid al-Shayef stated in the media that the initial damage amounted to approximately 500 million dollars, and an assessment of the damage is ongoing. According to al-Shayef, the airport buildings in Sana'a, including terminal buildings and storage facilities, were completely destroyed. The Sana'a airport has canceled all airlines until further notice after its director announced 'significant destruction' caused by Israeli strikes on Tuesday.
