The ministry has reported the results of its investigation, which identified serious human rights violations against the Houthi group in Yemen. They called these actions "catastrophic violations".
In particular, the report discusses mass arbitrary detentions of people, brutal torture, extrajudicial killings, and also the practice of forced recruitment of children and adults to military work.
One of the ministry representatives emphasized the importance of uncompromisingly bringing the perpetrators to accountability before the international community and international courts.
"We call on everyone involved in the conflict in Yemen to stop human rights violations and comply with international humanitarian law," he stated.
These accusations against the Houthis came amid an ongoing conflict in the country, which has already caused massive suffering to the local population.
