The South African grouping of Houthis reported on Tuesday that they have no intention of retreating in relation to the attacks on Israeli vessels in the Red Sea. In her statement, she emphasized that similar actions are a response to aggression from the Israeli side.
"Every time Israel starts military actions against us, we will attack its ships," stated the representative of the Houthis.
The group also accused Israel of blockading ports and refusing to allow humanitarian aid into the territory of Yemen.
Clashes between Houthis and Israelis occurred in early March when rockets were fired at ships belonging to Israeli companies.
